Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally via express courier and International Postal Service. Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list that appears. After that you will be able to choose available shipping method for your destination.

How long will it take to get my package?

International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. Generally, First Class Mail International can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it’s usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

How much does shipping cost?

For website orders, the shipping costs depend on which country you want your products delivered to. Please check our cart page for a shipping calculator.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal. Only one credit card can be used per order.

Is buying on-line safe?

All payments on our site are fully carried out by PayPal Holdings, Inc. PayPal is a reputable company with enough security and consumer protection in place to keep you relatively safe online. Please make sure to not share your payment details with any other 3rd party software.

How do I place an Order?

It’s pretty simple. If you already got the product you want then:

  1. Add to Cart.

To add an item to your cart, select on the product page

  1. Review Shopping Cart.

After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity

  1. Proceed to Checkout.

When you are ready to order click Checkout

  1. Account Login.
  • Returning Customers:Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account.
  • New Customers: New customers will need to create an account.
  1. Enter a Billing Address.

Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution.

  1. Enter a Shipping Address.

If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, you don’t have to do anything else. If Shipping details are different please check the ” Ship to a different address?” box.

  1. Payment Information.

Select your method of payment. View acceptable payment methods.

  1. Select Delivery & Gift Options.

Review your order, change shipping options if necessary and add a message to be sent to the recipient once the order ships if it is being sent as a gift.

  1. Place Order

How do I make a claim on my warranty?

Please send an email to warranty@all-camp.com with the following information:

  1. Product Name/Product Article – you can find this on the white label on the inside of the bags Purchase Method: where did you buy our product?
  2. Description of the issue Please provide pictures of the issue in attachment of the mail, so we can improve the quality of our products & services
  3. We will assess your warranty claim and respond to you within 48 hours to discuss the options with you.
